QUEEN FROSTINE AND MISS MINT

I HATE winter, despise it, loathe it
but there is one day that I love and that's Santacon
Santacon is defined as a non-denominational, non-commercial, non-political and non-sensical Santa Claus convention that occurs once a year in New York City for absolutely no reason

Taysteful translation: an excuse to dress up, wear a tutu and pretend to be a princess umm I'm in!!! There are three things a princess must have when dressing for an occasion, the first obviously being a crown

The second, a magic wand

and third, jewels to match!

Merry Christmas!
Love,
Queen Frostine and Miss Mint

TIS' THE SEASON TO SPARKLE

On Black Friday I chose to go to Michael's craft store instead of the mall, IT WAS 50% OFF ON ALL HOLIDAY CRAFTS!
While throwing nearly everything in sight into my cart
I stumbled upon something glorious
A twenty-four piece pack of GLITTER made by my idol
Martha Stewart

Note: I idolize Martha ONLY for her crafting abilities all ethically questionable choices and personality flaws were not taken into account when making that statement

What does one do with two dozen tubes of glitter you ask?
Use as much of it as possible immediately
As my first project I filled clear ornaments with glitter and gave them as gifts to my friends

Happy Holidays! I hope your season sparkles as much as you!

A LEGAL PRINCESS

My little sister recently celebrated her 21st birthday in LAS VEGAS,
it was a party fit for a princess
and a princess ALWAYS needs a crown

Her royal guests received matching bracelets

and goblets filled with monogrammed M&M's to wine and dine

As a gift I gave her a basket filled with 21 of our favorite things
The most popular were the My Little Pony coloring book, Greek Goddess Barbie doll and tequila!
I refuse to grow up

HAPPY 21ST SHELBY!!! I LOVE YOU!!!

CREEPY CRAWLY HALLOWEEN

Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday
I start brainstorming what I want to be about a year in advance
This year I was a black widow (scary, I know)

What started out as a pile of tulle turned into a webbed tutu
With a red rhinestoned, eight-legged head band to match

SHAKE YOUR TAIL FEATHER

I fondly refer to my best friend Heather as a bird
Believe it or not they share some very similar characteristics
For her Halloween costume, she asked me to make her a peacock
I was thrilled! See the resemblance?
What about now?

I crafted her tutu, head piece and wings but the best part of her costume were the feathery earrings!

Stars and Stripes

For the 4th my friends and I watched the Macy*s fireworks from my rooftop

No party is complete without some crafts!

 Val sporting my patriotic boutineers

Best view in the city!
